Its mission is to offer personalized, inclusive services, raise awareness, reduce stigma, and build resilience, ensuring that those affected by grief receive the support they need, regardless of their financial situation. It’s grief center, located in Walla Walla, hosts grief coaches, support groups, and other practitioners related to end-of-life and grief services.

The Compassionate Friends Walla Walla chapter is a peer-led support group for parents, grandparents, and siblings grieving the loss of a child. It offers a safe space for sharing grief and finding support from others who have experienced similar losses.

The chapter meets on the second Thursday of the month at 6:30pm at the Blue Mountain Grief & Loss Foundation at 1637 E. Isaacs Ave Ste D, Walla Walla, WA 99362.

Restore & Evolve, LLC, led by Heather Rodriguez, offers trauma-informed yoga that helps individuals heal from past trauma through mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding techniques. Heather creates a safe space for clients to reconnect with their bodies and cultivate resilience.

Heather’s trauma-informed yoga classes are held every Tuesday at 6:00 PM at Many Waters Wellness Center, located at 800 Sprague Street, Walla Walla, WA 99362.
