What group support looks like:
This group is specifically for individuals grieving the loss of someone who has died. Each session will begin with a very brief emotional self-awareness check-in and a grounding exercise, such as a breathing or body scan. We will then explore one of Dr. Wolfelt’s touchstones of grief through a short educational segment, leaving plenty of time for open sharing and discussion.
The group is limited to 10 participants and will be closed to new members after the first session or once full. While the group is free to attend, donations are welcome to help support future group sessions and one-on-one coaching opportunities.
You will be invited to participate in some homework between sessions such as journaling or filling out a worksheet, but it isn’t expected.
Group support isn’t for everyone—it’s for those who are ready and willing to communicate and share in a healthy way that benefits both themselves and others. To ensure this group is the right fit, a free 30 to 60-minute compatibility call will be offered to help both the facilitator and potential attendees determine if this grief group is appropriate for them at this time.
Upcoming Group Grief Support:
Begins Wednesday, October 15 2025 – 6:00-7:30pm, In-person. This group is currently closed to new members.
January 2026 – Date and Time TBD

What one-on-one coaching looks like:
Acute Grief: In this tender stage, I will be present with you, offering deep listening, reassurance, and education as needed or requested. This is a moment to be witnessed, where your grief is honored as unique to the love you had for the person you lost. You will be reminded that while your grief is personal, you are not alone. Our shared experiences offer a sense of connection, and together we will seek the possibility of hope amidst your pain. I’ll provide a compassionate space where you can begin to process and feel understood.
Early Grief: As you begin to move through the wilderness of your grief, the journey may feel less overwhelming. This is an important time to develop tools and insights that help you not just survive, but also start to integrate your loss into your life. Here, we’ll work together on education and coaching that can guide you in navigating your emotions, building resilience, and discovering ways to move forward, all while honoring the memory of your loved one.
Mature Grief: At this stage, the rawness of grief has softened, and there is an opportunity to reflect on your journey. We will focus on the stage of finding meaning in your experience, allowing you to incorporate what you’ve learned and how you’ve grown. This is a time to explore how your loss has shaped you, while supporting you in cultivating a renewed sense of purpose and continuing your life with a deeper sense of understanding.

What Integral Coaching looks like:
When we transition from grief coaching to integral life coaching, you can expect a holistic assessment of where you are in all areas of your life—physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, and spiritually. Together, we’ll explore your current reality, identify any aspirations or areas where you feel stuck, and pinpoint where you want to grow. This is the “Finding New Meaning” stage of the grief process.
We’ll then craft a personalized coaching plan, designed to meet you where you are while helping you move forward in alignment with your deeper purpose. This plan will integrate different aspects of your life, focusing on developing new capacities, skills, and insights to help you navigate your personal and professional world with more clarity and intention.
Throughout the process, I’ll support you in building sustainable practices that are not only meaningful but transformative, empowering you to reach your fullest potential. We will revisit your progress regularly, ensuring that our approach continues to resonate with you and your evolving needs. By working integrally, we will focus on creating lasting change across all dimensions of your life.
